Terms for using Campanior

By using Campanior, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before connecting ad accounts or using automation features.

1. Overview

Campanior provides performance marketing dashboards, audits, AI-assisted recommendations, reports, creative workflows, and selected user-confirmed automation features for advertising accounts.

  • Campanior is a decision-support and workflow tool, not a substitute for professional human review.
  • Campanior may help create paused drafts or apply selected existing-campaign actions where supported and confirmed by the user.
  • Users remain responsible for all final advertising decisions, platform compliance, account access, and spend.

2. Eligibility and account authority

  • You must be legally able to use the service and agree to these Terms.
  • You must be authorized to access and manage the advertising accounts you connect.
  • You must not connect accounts or data that you do not have permission to use.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login, devices, and account access secure.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Campanior for illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, quotas, limits, subscription restrictions, or platform rules.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use Campanior to create or promote ads that violate platform policies or applicable laws.

4. Platform integrations

Campanior integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, AI providers, payment providers, infrastructure providers, and other services required to operate the product.

  • Platform access is granted by the user through official authorization flows.
  • Third-party platforms may change APIs, policies, permissions, features, or availability at any time.
  • Campanior is not responsible for third-party platform outages, errors, policy decisions, disapprovals, suspensions, billing issues, or API changes.

5. Automation features and paused drafts

Some Campanior features may help users move from AI audit to implementation by creating new paused campaign drafts or applying selected existing-campaign actions.

  • New campaigns are designed to be created paused where supported, so they do not start spending automatically.
  • Users must review all drafts, creatives, assets, landing pages, tracking, budgets, bids, targeting, legal claims, and policy requirements before enabling campaigns.
  • Existing-campaign actions require user selection and confirmation before execution.
  • Campanior may limit, block, or modify automation features to protect users, comply with platform rules, or maintain service reliability.
You are responsible for any campaign you enable, any change you approve, and any resulting advertising spend.

6. AI-generated content and recommendations

Campanior uses AI to generate audits, recommendations, reports, creative ideas, automation previews, and other outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your business.

  • AI outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
  • You must review and validate all AI-generated recommendations before relying on them.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that ad claims, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and offers are truthful, lawful, and platform-compliant.

7. No performance guarantees

Advertising results depend on many factors outside Campanior’s control, including market demand, competition, tracking quality, creative quality, offers, website experience, budget, platform behavior, and user execution.

  • Campanior does not guarantee ROAS, leads, sales, conversions, profit, policy approval, or account growth.
  • Insights and audits are designed to support decision-making, not to guarantee outcomes.

8. Subscriptions, payments, and feature access

  • Some features may require a paid plan, credits, usage limits, or specific account access.
  • Prices, plans, features, quotas, and limits may change as the product evolves.
  • Failure to pay, chargebacks, misuse, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination.

9. Data, privacy, and deletion

Use of Campanior is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request data deletion or disconnect platform integrations as described in our privacy and deletion pages.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campanior is provided “as is” and “as available.” Campanior and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, ad spend, account issues, or business interruption.

11. Suspension, termination, and changes

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk, fail to pay, or if required by law or platform requirements.
  • You may stop using Campanior at any time and may request deletion of your data.
  • We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Η πρόσβαση σε πλατφόρμες δίνεται από τον χρήστη μέσω official authorization flows.

6. AI-generated content και recommendations

Το Campanior χρησιμοποιεί AI για audits, recommendations, reports, creative ideas, automation previews και άλλα outputs. Τα AI outputs μπορεί να είναι incomplete, outdated, inaccurate ή ακατάλληλα για το business σου.

  • Τα AI outputs είναι ενημερωτικά και δεν αποτελούν legal, financial, tax, accounting ή professional advice.
  • Πρέπει να ελέγχεις και να επικυρώνεις όλες τις AI-generated προτάσεις πριν βασιστείς σε αυτές.
  • Είσαι υπεύθυνος ώστε ad claims, targeting, creatives, landing pages και offers να είναι αληθή, νόμιμα και platform-compliant.

7. Καμία εγγύηση αποτελεσμάτων

Τα advertising results εξαρτώνται από πολλούς παράγοντες εκτός ελέγχου του Campanior, όπως market demand, competition, tracking quality, creative quality, offers, website experience, budget, platform behavior και user execution.

  • Το Campanior δεν εγγυάται ROAS, leads, sales, conversions, profit, policy approval ή account growth.
  • Τα insights και audits υποστηρίζουν decision-making, δεν εγγυώνται outcomes.

8. Subscriptions, payments και feature access

  • Ορισμένα features μπορεί να απαιτούν paid plan, credits, usage limits ή συγκεκριμένο account access.
  • Prices, plans, features, quotas και limits μπορεί να αλλάζουν καθώς εξελίσσεται το προϊόν.
  • Failure to pay, chargebacks, misuse ή policy violations μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε suspension ή termination.

9. Data, privacy και deletion

10. Περιορισμός ευθύνης

Το Campanior και οι ιδιοκτήτες του δεν ευθύνονται για indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive ή business damages, όπως lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, ad spend, account issues ή business interruption.

11. Suspension, termination και αλλαγές

  • Μπορεί να αναστείλουμε ή να τερματίσουμε πρόσβαση αν παραβιάσεις τους Όρους, κάνεις misuse, δημιουργείς risk, δεν πληρώσεις ή αν απαιτείται από νόμο/πλατφόρμα.
  • Μπορείς να σταματήσεις τη χρήση οποιαδήποτε στιγμή και να ζητήσεις deletion των δεδομένων σου.
  • Μπορεί να ενημερώνουμε τους Όρους καθώς εξελίσσεται η υπηρεσία. Η συνέχιση χρήσης σημαίνει αποδοχή των updated Terms.
