How Campanior handles your data

This Privacy Policy explains what information Campanior collects, why we collect it, how it is processed, and what rights and controls you have.

1. Information we collect

When you use Campanior, we may collect and process information required to operate the service and provide product features.

  • Account information such as name, email address, subscription/tier information, and account status.
  • Authentication tokens provided through official OAuth flows for connected platforms. We do not store your platform passwords.
  • Advertising account identifiers, account names, campaign names, objectives, metrics, performance data, and related reporting signals.
  • User-generated inputs such as AI prompts, audit questions, business briefs, uploaded creative assets, and automation selections.
  • Technical information such as session data, security logs, error logs, browser/device metadata, and usage events needed for reliability and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your data

  • To connect your authorized ad accounts and show dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • To generate performance audits, AI-assisted recommendations, and campaign automation previews.
  • To create user-selected paused campaign drafts or user-confirmed existing-campaign updates where supported.
  • To improve product reliability, prevent abuse, fix bugs, provide support, and maintain account security.
  • To manage subscriptions, billing access, limits, user tiers, and feature availability.
  • To send essential service messages and, where permitted, product updates or newsletters.
We do not sell your advertising account data.

3. AI processing and service providers

Campanior may send selected data to trusted service providers so the app can generate audits, reports, creative suggestions, automations, exports, images, videos, or other user-facing features.

  • AI providers may process prompt text, selected campaign context, and relevant performance metrics.
  • Payment providers may process billing and subscription details.
  • Infrastructure and database providers may store or process data required to operate Campanior.

4. Google and platform data

Data received from Google APIs and other advertising platforms is used only to provide or improve user-facing Campanior features shown in the app.

  • We do not use platform data for unrelated advertising or resale.
  • We do not publicly disclose your account performance.
  • Transfers to service providers are limited to what is necessary to operate Campanior features.

5. Data storage and retention

We keep data only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support user-facing features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security.

  • AI chat memory and performance context may be stored temporarily so the assistant can provide useful follow-up analysis.
  • Uploaded assets and generated files may be stored to support reuse, exports, or user-selected automation workflows.
  • Inactive accounts or old temporary data may be deleted or anonymized according to internal retention rules.
  • You may request account deletion or data deletion using the contact information below.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent or disconnect platform integrations from the relevant platform settings.
  • Request deletion of stored account data, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing emails where available.

7. Security

Campanior uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted administrative access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their own devices, accounts, and passwords secure.

8. Children, sensitive data, and prohibited use

  • Campanior is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
  • Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data in prompts, uploads, briefs, or reports.
  • Do not use Campanior for illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, or platform-policy-violating activities.

  • Payment providers μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται billing και subscription details.
  • Infrastructure και database providers μπορεί να αποθηκεύουν ή να επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα απαραίτητα για τη λειτουργία του Campanior.

4. Google και platform data

  • AI chat memory και performance context μπορεί να αποθηκεύονται προσωρινά για καλύτερα follow-up insights.
  • Uploaded assets και generated files μπορεί να αποθηκεύονται για reuse, exports ή user-selected automation workflows.
  • Inactive accounts ή παλιά temporary data μπορεί να διαγράφονται ή να anonymized σύμφωνα με internal retention rules.
  • Μπορείς να ζητήσεις account deletion ή data deletion με τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας παρακάτω.
