1. Program operator
The Campanior Affiliate Program is operated by Campanior. Questions about these Terms can be sent to ang.dekavallas@gmail.com.
2. Application and eligibility
Participation requires a Campanior account, accurate application information and approval. Approval is discretionary and can be declined or withdrawn when an account does not meet program, legal or brand requirements. Participants must be able to enter a binding agreement and handle their own tax and business obligations.
3. Referral attribution
The first valid Referral link is protected for 60 days and is connected to the referred account. Self referrals, existing customers, duplicate accounts, manipulated tracking and attribution created without meaningful user intent are not eligible.
4. Eligible Commission
The default Commission rate is 20% on eligible paid revenue excluding tax. After the first eligible conversion, recurring Commission can continue for up to 12 months. Custom rates or product eligibility can apply when confirmed by Campanior.
5. Validation, refunds and disputes
Commission remains pending for 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, duplicate payments, fraud, unpaid invoices and policy violations can reduce, reverse or reject Commission. Adjustments remain visible in the financial ledger.
6. Payouts and taxes
The current minimum Payout is €20.00. Affiliates must provide accurate details for their selected Bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut or Stripe Connect payout profile and any legally required invoice or tax information. Each Affiliate is responsible for declaring income and meeting applicable tax obligations. Processing times can vary because of banking, compliance or verification requirements.
7. Acceptable promotion
Promotion must be accurate, transparent and lawful. Affiliates must disclose the commercial relationship where required. Spam, deceptive claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, trademark misuse, unauthorized brand bidding and advertising that suggests official Campanior ownership are prohibited.
8. Brand and intellectual property
Approval grants a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to use approved Campanior materials only for Affiliate promotion. It does not transfer ownership or permit changes that could misrepresent the product or brand.
9. Suspension and termination
Campanior can suspend or close an Affiliate account for fraud, abuse, legal risk, misleading promotion or material breach of these Terms. Valid available Commission can be reviewed before final settlement. Commission connected to prohibited activity can be rejected.
10. Changes and governing law
Program settings and these Terms can be updated with reasonable notice. Continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws and competent courts of Greece, subject to mandatory applicable law.

2. Αίτηση και eligibility
Η συμμετοχή απαιτεί Campanior λογαριασμό, ακριβή στοιχεία αίτησης και έγκριση. Η αίτηση μπορεί να απορριφθεί ή η έγκριση να ανακληθεί όταν ένας λογαριασμός δεν πληροί τις απαιτήσεις του προγράμματος, της νομοθεσίας ή του brand. Οι συμμετέχοντες πρέπει να μπορούν να συνάψουν δεσμευτική συμφωνία και να διαχειρίζονται τις φορολογικές και επαγγελματικές υποχρεώσεις τους.
3. Referral attribution
Το πρώτο valid Referral link προστατεύεται για 60 ημέρες και συνδέεται με τον referred λογαριασμό. Self referrals, existing customers, duplicate accounts, παραποιημένο tracking και attribution χωρίς ουσιαστική πρόθεση του χρήστη δεν είναι eligible.
4. Eligible Commission
Το βασικό Commission rate είναι 20% σε eligible paid revenue χωρίς τον φόρο. Μετά το πρώτο eligible conversion, το recurring Commission μπορεί να συνεχιστεί έως 12 μήνες. Custom rates ή διαφορετικό product eligibility μπορούν να εφαρμοστούν όταν επιβεβαιωθούν από το Campanior.
5. Validation, refunds και disputes
Το Commission παραμένει pending για 30 ημέρες. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, duplicate payments, fraud, unpaid invoices και παραβάσεις πολιτικής μπορούν να μειώσουν, να αντιλογίσουν ή να απορρίψουν Commission. Τα adjustments παραμένουν ορατά στο financial ledger.
6. Payouts και φορολογικές υποχρεώσεις
Το τρέχον ελάχιστο Payout είναι €20.00. Οι Affiliates πρέπει να παρέχουν ακριβή στοιχεία για το επιλεγμένο Bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut ή Stripe Connect payout profile και οποιοδήποτε παραστατικό ή φορολογικό στοιχείο απαιτείται νόμιμα. Κάθε Affiliate είναι υπεύθυνος για τη δήλωση του εισοδήματος και την τήρηση των φορολογικών υποχρεώσεών του. Οι χρόνοι επεξεργασίας μπορεί να διαφέρουν λόγω τραπεζικών, compliance ή verification απαιτήσεων.
7. Επιτρεπόμενη προώθηση
Η προώθηση πρέπει να είναι ακριβής, διαφανής και νόμιμη. Οι Affiliates πρέπει να γνωστοποιούν την εμπορική σχέση όπου απαιτείται. Δεν επιτρέπονται spam, παραπλανητικοί ισχυρισμοί, impersonation, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, κατάχρηση trademark, μη εξουσιοδοτημένο brand bidding και διαφήμιση που παρουσιάζει τον Affiliate ως επίσημο ιδιοκτήτη του Campanior.
8. Brand και intellectual property
Η έγκριση παρέχει περιορισμένο, ανακλητό και μη αποκλειστικό δικαίωμα χρήσης εγκεκριμένου Campanior υλικού μόνο για Affiliate promotion. Δεν μεταφέρει ιδιοκτησία και δεν επιτρέπει αλλαγές που μπορούν να παρουσιάσουν λανθασμένα το προϊόν ή το brand.
9. Αναστολή και τερματισμός
Το Campanior μπορεί να αναστείλει ή να κλείσει Affiliate λογαριασμό λόγω fraud, abuse, νομικού κινδύνου, παραπλανητικής προώθησης ή ουσιώδους παράβασης των όρων. Το valid available Commission μπορεί να ελεγχθεί πριν από το τελικό settlement. Commission που συνδέεται με απαγορευμένη δραστηριότητα μπορεί να απορριφθεί.
10. Αλλαγές και εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο
Οι ρυθμίσεις του προγράμματος και οι όροι μπορούν να ενημερωθούν με εύλογη ειδοποίηση. Η συνέχιση της συμμετοχής μετά την έναρξη ισχύος μιας ενημέρωσης αποτελεί αποδοχή των νέων όρων όπου το επιτρέπει η νομοθεσία. Οι όροι διέπονται από το δίκαιο και τα αρμόδια δικαστήρια της Ελλάδας, με την επιφύλαξη του υποχρεωτικού εφαρμοστέου δικαίου.
