Campaign Optimization Assistant

Ask for the outcome.
Keep the conversation going.

Campanior is no longer a “one prompt, one report” tool. Load the latest performance, ask naturally for an analysis, decision, or campaign plan, then continue with follow-up questions inside the same account conversation.

Conversation mode

Follow-up memory is active. Ask “Why?”, “What would you change first?” or “Build the plan from that.”

The new workflow

Four steps. No prompt engineering required.

The assistant already knows the account context shown in the workspace. Your job is to tell it what outcome you need.

01

Load current performance

Choose the account, goal, entity level and reporting period, then load results. Campanior answers from that current context.

02

Ask for the outcome

Write naturally. Ask for an audit, a decision, an explanation, a report, or a campaign plan. Quick prompts are optional shortcuts.

03

Continue the conversation

After the first answer, ask follow-ups without repeating the whole brief. Account conversation memory keeps the thread coherent.

04

Review before you act

If you ask Campanior to optimize or build campaigns, review the proposed plan first. Changes are not silently pushed live.

Ask by intent

Think “Analyze → Decide → Build”.

A clear outcome gives better results than a long prompt full of instructions. Start focused, then use follow-ups to go deeper.

AAnalyze

Understand what happened

Use it for audits, anomalies, funnel diagnosis, creative feedback, demographics and client reporting.

“Audit the selected period. What are the biggest issues and what caused them?”
DDecide

Choose what to do next

Ask Campanior to rank priorities and make a decision from the current performance evidence.

“For each campaign: Scale / Hold / Cut. Explain the evidence and what I should test next.”
BBuild

Turn the analysis into a plan

Ask it to optimize existing campaigns and prepare new campaign structures when the evidence supports them.

“Based on performance and our goal, optimize the existing campaigns and build what is needed.”
Platform playbooks

Meta and Google use the same conversation model — with platform-specific depth.

Use the built-in quick prompts when you want speed, or edit them freely before sending.

Meta Campaign Assistant

Performance, creatives, funnel, demographics and campaign planning.

Example“Review performance, demographics and existing creatives. What should I optimize first?”

Automation safety: a Meta plan is only applied after you review it and explicitly choose to execute the automation actions.

Google Campaign Assistant

Campaign efficiency, waste, structure, search intent and Google Ads planning.

Audit & prioritiesScale / Hold / CutWaste reductionStructure improvementsAdvanced AnalyticsClient reportOptimize & Build
Example“Where is budget being wasted and what should I change first without killing volume?”

Automation safety: new Google campaign plans are prepared for review and new campaigns remain paused until you decide to proceed.

Conversation mode

Your second question can be much shorter than your first.

Once a custom request starts a conversation, keep working inside the thread instead of rebuilding the prompt from zero.

Use follow-ups like a real working session

The current account audit remains the source of truth, while conversation memory keeps the strategic direction and your previous questions available.

  • “Why do you want to cut Campaign B?”
  • “Now compare that with the previous period.”
  • “Give me only the top 3 actions.”
  • “Turn those actions into a campaign plan.”

Context & safety

Know what Campanior is using before you ask.

The workspace context is part of every answer

You do not need to repeat information that is already visible in the assistant header.

  • Selected Ad Account
  • Business goal / objective
  • Current entity level (Campaign, Ad Set / Ad Group, Ad)
  • Selected reporting period and latest loaded performance
  • Account-scoped conversation memory

Analysis is not silent execution

Asking for recommendations or a build plan does not mean Campanior silently publishes changes.

  • Review the proposed actions and campaign structure first.
  • Meta changes require explicit apply / automation execution.
  • New Google campaign plans remain paused for review.
  • Changing account, period or level changes the current source context.
Prompt library

Useful starting questions

Copy them as-is or use them as a starting point. The assistant understands normal Greek or English — you do not need special syntax.

Audit & priorities“Audit the selected period. Give me the biggest issues and the top actions in priority order.”
Scale / Hold / Cut“For each campaign, say Scale / Hold / Cut. Explain why using the current metrics.”
Client report“Create a simple executive report: what happened, key wins and key issues. No next actions.”
Decision-first“If I can make only 3 changes this week, which ones should they be and why?”
Meta creative direction“Which creative angles and formats should I test next based on the current results?”
Google waste“Find wasted spend across campaigns, keywords, search terms, devices or locations and prioritize the fixes.”
Explain simply“Explain what is happening in plain language for a non-technical business owner.”
Optimize & build“Based on performance and our goal, optimize the existing campaigns and build what is needed.”
FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to use a predefined prompt?

No. Quick prompts are shortcuts. You can write your own request naturally and edit any preset before sending.

Why does Campanior ask me to load performance first?

The Campaign Assistant uses the latest loaded account context as its source of truth. Load performance first so the answer is grounded in the account, goal, level and period you are currently reviewing.

Can I ask follow-up questions without repeating the account details?

Yes. Conversation mode keeps follow-up memory for the current account. The visible current audit context still remains authoritative.

What does Response depth do?

Leave it on Auto for most work. You can also choose Quick, Detailed or Full report when you explicitly want a shorter or more comprehensive response.

Can the assistant create or optimize campaigns?

Yes. Ask it to optimize existing campaigns or build what is needed. Review the generated plan before applying automation actions. New campaign creation is designed to remain paused for review.

Which AI providers are available?

The current workspace supports GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. You can switch provider from the assistant header.

Does it support Greek?

Yes. The assistant supports Greek and English, and the quick-prompt language can be selected from the workspace.

Start with the decision you need to make.Load the account context, ask Campanior, then refine the answer through follow-up questions.

Guidance is based on the selected account context, available performance data and the request you provide. Review budgets, campaign changes and compliance requirements before execution.
