If you wish to delete your data or your user entirely, follow the steps below.

📩 Request Deletion via Email

Send us an email and we’ll handle the deletion promptly.

• To: support@campanior.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Include: the Facebook/Google name or email you used to log in
• (Optional) To delete your user completely, write: Delete my user [your name]

We’ll reset your user session so all info used for login is removed. Campanior.com does not keep data beyond what’s necessary to operate your session and provide the service; upon deletion request, this information is removed.

🔧 Optional: Manage Access from Facebook / Google

You can also remove Campanior’s access from your account settings:

• Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove “Campanior”.
• Google: Account > Security > Third-party access > Remove “Campanior”.

Removing app access does not notify us automatically. If you want your data deleted on our side, please still send the email request above.

🗑️ What gets deleted

• Identifiers used for OAuth login (e.g., name/email tied to your session).
• Stored session tokens/keys necessary for login to your ads accounts.
• Any service data associated to your user that we control and is not required to be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

If any records must be retained due to legal obligations, they will be minimized and isolated, and then purged when no longer required.

⏱️ Confirmation & Timing

• We acknowledge requests promptly (typically within 7 business days).
• We’ll delete eligible data and confirm completion by email.
• We may ask for identity verification (e.g., reply from the login email) to protect your account.

🔐 Your Rights

We respect your privacy and comply with Facebook’s & Google’s platform terms. You may request deletion at any time, and we will remove your data from our systems as described above.
