1. Scope and controller
This notice explains how Campanior processes personal data for the Campanior Affiliate Program. It applies to Affiliate applicants, approved Affiliates, visitors who open a Referral link and customers whose account is attributed to an Affiliate. The general Campanior Privacy Policy continues to apply to the website and service. Questions can be sent to ang.dekavallas@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
For Affiliates, we process account identity, contact information, company, country, website, promotion method, application and approval status, Referral code, payout method, payout details, preferred language and support or administrative notes. For Referral visitors, we can process a visitor token, click identifier, landing path, referrer domain, UTM values and protected hashes of IP address and user agent. For referred customers and financial records, we process WordPress user identifiers, email, attribution status, Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, charge, refund and dispute identifiers, Commission and Payout records.
3. Purposes
We use this data to review applications, operate Referral attribution, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, calculate and validate Commission, manage refunds and disputes, prepare Payouts, provide Affiliate support, maintain an audit trail and meet accounting, tax, security and legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Referral tracking
When tracking is allowed by the active consent settings, the Affiliate System can use camp_aff_vid as a visitor token for up to one year and camp_aff_ref as signed Referral attribution for up to 60 days. The Referral cookie records the Affiliate code, click identifier, visitor token and expiry. A later Referral does not replace an existing valid attribution. You can manage nonessential tracking through the website consent controls and browser settings.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, processing is based on taking steps before and performing the Affiliate agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the program, consent for nonessential tracking where required, and compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. Service providers and transfers
Data can be processed by hosting, database, payment, email, security and professional service providers, including Supabase and Stripe where relevant. Providers process data under their own terms or data processing commitments. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used where required by law.
7. Retention
Application and active Affiliate data is retained while needed to operate the relationship. Click and attribution data is retained only as long as needed for attribution, security, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Commission, adjustment, invoice and Payout records can be retained for the period required by accounting, tax, audit and legal obligations. When a WordPress account is deleted, Affiliate personal profile data is anonymized while legally relevant financial records are preserved.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent. We may need to verify identity before completing a request. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. Requests can be sent to ang.dekavallas@gmail.com.
9. Security and updates
We use access controls, signed attribution, restricted service credentials, hashed network identifiers and audit records to protect the Affiliate System. No system can guarantee absolute security. This notice may be updated when the program, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date appear above. Η παρούσα ενημέρωση εξηγεί πώς το Campanior επεξεργάζεται προσωπικά δεδομένα για το Campanior Affiliate Program. Εφαρμόζεται σε Affiliate applicants, εγκεκριμένους Affiliates, επισκέπτες που ανοίγουν Referral link και πελάτες των οποίων ο λογαριασμός αποδίδεται σε Affiliate. 2. Data που επεξεργαζόμαστε
Για Affiliates επεξεργαζόμαστε στοιχεία ταυτότητας λογαριασμού, στοιχεία επικοινωνίας, εταιρεία, χώρα, website, promotion method, κατάσταση αίτησης και έγκρισης, Referral code, payout method, payout details, προτιμώμενη γλώσσα και support ή admin notes. Για Referral visitors μπορεί να επεξεργαζόμαστε visitor token, click identifier, landing path, referrer domain, UTM values και προστατευμένα hashes της IP address και του user agent. Για referred customers και financial records επεξεργαζόμαστε WordPress user identifiers, email, attribution status, Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, charge, refund και dispute identifiers, Commission και Payout records.
3. Σκοποί επεξεργασίας
Χρησιμοποιούμε αυτά τα data για έλεγχο αιτήσεων, λειτουργία του Referral attribution, αποτροπή duplicate ή fraudulent activity, υπολογισμό και validation του Commission, διαχείριση refunds και disputes, προετοιμασία Payouts, Affiliate support, διατήρηση audit trail και συμμόρφωση με λογιστικές, φορολογικές, security και νομικές υποχρεώσεις.
4. Cookies και Referral tracking
Όταν το tracking επιτρέπεται από τις ενεργές consent settings, το Affiliate System μπορεί να χρησιμοποιεί το camp_aff_vid ως visitor token για έως ένα έτος και το camp_aff_ref ως υπογεγραμμένο Referral attribution για έως 60 ημέρες. Το Referral cookie καταγράφει Affiliate code, click identifier, visitor token και expiry. Ένα μεταγενέστερο Referral δεν αντικαθιστά υπάρχον valid attribution. Μπορείτε να διαχειριστείτε το nonessential tracking από τα consent controls του website και τις ρυθμίσεις του browser.
5. Νομικές βάσεις
Ανάλογα με τη σχέση και την εφαρμοστέα νομοθεσία, η επεξεργασία βασίζεται σε ενέργειες πριν και κατά την εκτέλεση της Affiliate συμφωνίας, σε έννομο συμφέρον για λειτουργία και προστασία του προγράμματος, σε consent για nonessential tracking όπου απαιτείται και σε συμμόρφωση με νομικές υποχρεώσεις. Το consent μπορεί να ανακληθεί χωρίς να επηρεάζει προηγούμενη νόμιμη επεξεργασία.
6. Service providers και διαβιβάσεις
Τα data μπορεί να υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία από hosting, database, payment, email, security και professional service providers, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Supabase και Stripe όπου είναι σχετικό. Οι providers επεξεργάζονται data βάσει των δικών τους όρων ή data processing δεσμεύσεων. Αν data διαβιβάζονται εκτός Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Χώρου, χρησιμοποιούνται οι κατάλληλες εγγυήσεις όπου απαιτείται από τη νομοθεσία.
7. Χρόνος διατήρησης
Τα application και active Affiliate data διατηρούνται όσο απαιτείται για τη λειτουργία της σχέσης. Click και attribution data διατηρούνται μόνο όσο χρειάζεται για attribution, security, fraud prevention και dispute handling. Commission, adjustment, invoice και Payout records μπορεί να διατηρούνται για το διάστημα που απαιτούν λογιστικές, φορολογικές, audit και νομικές υποχρεώσεις. Όταν διαγράφεται WordPress λογαριασμός, τα προσωπικά στοιχεία του Affiliate ανωνυμοποιούνται, ενώ διατηρούνται τα οικονομικά records που απαιτούνται νόμιμα.
8. Τα δικαιώματά σας
Με βάση την εφαρμοστέα νομοθεσία, μπορείτε να ζητήσετε πρόσβαση, διόρθωση, διαγραφή, περιορισμό, φορητότητα ή εναντίωση και μπορείτε να ανακαλέσετε το consent. Μπορεί να χρειαστεί επιβεβαίωση ταυτότητας πριν ολοκληρωθεί ένα αίτημα. Μπορείτε επίσης να υποβάλετε καταγγελία στην αρμόδια αρχή προστασίας δεδομένων. 9. Security και ενημερώσεις
